Giving Opportunities

of the Church of God Home
Within the Church of God Home, there are many opportunities for families, friends and corporations to assist with our ministry of caring for older adults.
General Fund
By giving gifts to the general fund you are assisting with the day-to-day expenses of the Home. This is very important, as government funding does not cover the cost of caring for those who have outlived their assets.
Designated Gifts
You always have the opportunity to designate your gift for a specific use. Examples of areas where these gifts may be used are: planned capital improvements, grounds, equipment, vehicles, resident programs or employee training.
Forever Caring Fund
Income from gifts to this special fund provide benevolent care to assist residents whose resources have been depleted. We currently assist 50 residents with this fund and the need continues to grow. Currently, the Forever Caring Fund only meets about 25% of the financial needs of those residents. Income from a legacy gift to the Fund will continue to provide financial assistance to those in need for years to come.
Charitable Gifts, Annuities, Bequests
The Church of God Home can assist in structuring various planned giving vehicles to assist with the long-term financial support of the Home and provide personal security and tax benefits. There are many creative opportunities to support the Home.
Other Gifts
Church of God Home will consider other gifts such as: stocks, bonds, treasury notes, mutual funds, insurance policies, real estate, and other assets.
