Our arms and doors are opened wide.
We welcome family members of potential residents, or individuals interested in the Church of God Home to see first-hand what we’re all about. Come for a tour, and meet our residents and staff to learn how we can become a part of your family. Once you’ve decided to make Church of God Home a part of your family, please print the application and mail it to the attention of Alexander Hensel, Residential Living Coordinator, for Independent Living or Ginny Naugle, Director of Admissions, for Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care.
The application is confidential and will be used for processing purposes only. The information is applicable for all levels of care offered by the Church of God Home.
